Water is the most precious resource, without it there is no life on earth and we are no exception. Join me on my adventure to the Guanacaste province of Costa Rica to learn about the restoration and maintenance of a exhausted watersheds in an ecologically sensitive area and how this relates to agriculture and consequently both economic and food security.
